Successful candidates will volunteer time, share expertise, and support alumni engagement activities.
Board members represent the views of alumni worldwide and are some of the University's strongest advocates.
The Board meets four times per year in online meetings. Outside of the structured meetings, AAB members offer their expertise to specific projects or strategic areas at the University.
This year, we are particularly interested in hearing from alumni who represent a specific demographic, skill set or expertise relating to one or more of the following strategic areas:
- Sport, health and wellbeing – we are looking for alumni who work within these sectors
- Vibrant and inclusive communities – we are looking for alumni to apply from around the world
- Vibrant and inclusive communities – we welcome applications from people from diverse backgrounds and minoritised groups as they are currently under-represented within our community
Applications are open until 5pm on 28 July. Further details can be found on our dedicated webpage, which includes the role description, person specification, and details on how to apply.
Applications should be submitted via our online form.
If you have any questions or if you would like to submit your application in a different format, please contact us on alumni@lboro.ac.uk or call 01509 228497.
