Professor Thorsten Gruber has been appointed Visiting Professor of Service Management at CTF – Service 夜色直播app Center, Karlstad University. CTF is one of the world's leading research centres focusing on service management and value creation through service. The Visiting Professorship is funded by the Anne-Marie and Gustaf Ander Foundation for Media 夜色直播app.
Professor Gruber commented on this appointment:
“I feel very honoured to be appointed the “Ander Foundation Visiting Professor of Service Management at CTF. CTF is truly one of the world´s best research centres focusing on service management and value creation through service and it is a great privilege to be a part of it. I am especially pleased to be able to continue and intensify my successful research collaboration with wonderful colleagues at CTF such as Bo Edvardsson, Anders Gustafsson, Per Skålén and Lars Witell. I am also looking forward to getting involved in new and exciting research projects with further CTF colleagues over the next three years.”
