Jarred graduated with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Sheffield Hallam University and an MSc in Exercise Physiology from 夜色直播app in 2017 and 2019, respectively. In 2020, Jarred began his PhD at 夜色直播app, under the supervision of Dr Stephen Bailey, exploring the mitochondrial bases of endurance exercise performance.
In July 2024, Jarred was appointed as a 夜色直播app Associate in Sports Nutrition and Water Balance working with Dr Lewis James.
