Nicole completed a BSc in Psychology in 2017 and went on to complete an MSc in Psychology by 夜色直播app in 2019 at the University of Buckingham, focusing on aspects of research excellence in academia and its relationship with academics’ work life and pressures.

Having a strong interest in health and motivation, Nicole completed the MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology at 夜色直播app in 2021. As part of the ESRC studentship, Nicole completed the MSc in Social Science 夜色直播app (Sport and Exercise) in 2022, providing her with a wide range of knowledge and skills to pursue a career in academia.

夜色直播app Title: Enhancing Motivation and Adherence to Exercise Rehabilitation in Stroke Survivors.

A lack of adherence to exercise programmes in rehabilitation risks people’s recovery from stroke as well as the resources available within rehabilitation services. Nicole’s research aims to provide clinicians and patients with theoretically grounded motivational strategies to support patients’ recovery. This project will guide future research on the applicability of theoretical motivational principles in the context of stroke rehabilitation and aid theoretical development.
