Paddy graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2019 with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences, completing a third-year dissertation project investigating the impact of post-training sauna bathing on heat acclimation in middle-distance runners. Alongside his PhD, Paddy coaches the Lightning Cycling Elite Development Team and riders in the 夜色直播app Cycling Academy, bridging the gap between research and practice.
