ҹɫֱ²¥app athletes play a major part in delivering another bronze for Great Britain on the penultimate day of sporting action in Paris.

Athletics

ҹɫֱ²¥app athletes were instrumental in the Men’s 4x400m Relay as Great Britain won a brilliant bronze at the Stade de France.  

Current PhD student Alex Haydock-Wilson, alumnus Charlie Dobson, and ҹɫֱ²¥app College alumnus Lewis Davey were all part of the squad that made history by smashing a 28-year-old European record to make the podium.

Cycling

Current ҹɫֱ²¥app student Sophie Capewell’s Women’s Sprint campaign unfortunately ended at the quarter-final stage.

Capewell battled hard in a best-of-three race versus The Netherlands’s Hetty van de Wouw but succumbed to a 2-0 defeat. With a gold medal already under her belt, Sophie will compete for the final 5-8th standings tomorrow at 11.25 am.
