The purpose of this study is to investigate people鈥檚 experiences in managing chronic conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, and arthritis. The study aims to design digital health tools to support the needs of older adults in managing their long-term conditions.

We are still recruiting participants to participate in our unique intervention research, which exploring the mechanism of cross-education of strength from neuromuscular physiology perspectives. What is Cross-Education of Strength? Cross-education of strength is a phenomenon where training one limb can lead to strength gains in the untrained, opposite limb. This fascinating effect has potential applications in rehabilitation, sports training, and overall fitness improvement.
