Methods in sports biomechanics
Many of the methodologically based research articles listed below are
related to computer simulation modelling. In order to demonstrate that
a model is an accurate representation of reality it is necessary to carry
out a quantitative evaluation of the model using performance data on an
individual subject.
As a consequence there is a need to determine subject-specific
model parameters such as segmental inertia and joint torque strength.
Various techniques for the determination of these parameters have been
